Yes, Kyomi, you may email some poems to me before you post them. I will offer a few comments and possibly a suggestion or two.

You must remember, though, that mine is only one opinion, and my tastes are just my tastes. I cannot say what is good and what is not. It is best to get feedback from several people--that's what peer critique groups are for.

Still, I understand your sense of urgency. I spent the last 3 years pursuing my MFA in creative writing, because there is so much I wanted to learn, and I will soon be 70.
