When I'm tempted to feel sorry for myself because I'm getting older, I need only consider the alternative.

Nailed it as usual, Julia. Too soon old, too late smart. But it IS all funny, dammit, just because it actually happened. Comedy = truth + pain.

Youth, they say, is wasted on the young. But I feel for the generations set to inherit the shitshow men who look like me have made of nearly everything. Their world is already crazy stressful.

But I have faith in them. My heroes these days are Malala Yousafzai, Greta Thunberg, and Emma Gonzalez. And AOC.

And you.
