What they didn't mention, naturally, is that those rules were drafted after the AMA and APA issued statements acknowledging the Y-chromosome to be a handicapping condition necessitating various accommodations not only in the workplace but also in all public spaces. You should pity us, in other words--we can't help it we were born this way.
