This is exactly the right strategy. Not only will those points be interruption-proof and stick in people's minds, but they will also needle him into fits of fury. (Would apoplexy in the old sense be too much to hope for?)

The other thing I'd love to see is for the Commission to impose a non-negotiable kill-switch rule. If 45 refuses, no debate, and it won't be Biden's fault.
