The story is troubling, as are the questions you raise about it. It seems to me, no matter how photogenic and hence titillating, it is still a woman being assaulted and exploited for being female. Yes, young and female, symmetric and healthy and female, but mostly female. Why should the rest change the nature of the crime, which is against all women and therefor against all humanity?
