That's the crux of the matter, isn't it? If sexism, racism, and oppression of other groups is going to end, the group in power (folks who look like me) are going to have to be aggressive with each other and challenge those anti-humanistic attitudes and habits.

AOC is one of my heroes. Kicking ass and taking names with class and dignity.

Thank you for writing this article, Kate. What it says to me is that it's not enough anymore to call myself a feminist; I must take a step beyond to be an active anti-sexist.
