Thank you, Pat. Yeah, borderline is definitely one of the rule-outs. The entitlement can be major in both, but borderlines show more self-destructive behavior (e.g. cutting), more vindictiveness, more short-term volatility (extreme emotional reactions to some narcissistic injury but then fine the next day), and can be stable for a long time in a good job. Bipolar folks are usually easy to like, even when they're being assholes. BPD folks often make my stomach hurt.

The manic reaction to SSRIs is a pretty strong diagnostic indicator.
