I think I made it clear, the problem was not with the churches where I had been in community. They were wonderful places where humble people were doing the work of building the kingdom Jesus preached about.

But who precisely says I have a duty to love and glorify God? I have a duty to be kind to others, work for justice, and uphold my own integrity. That duty is why I must stand against the political entity that the Christian church in the US has become.
