One thing I love about browsing Medium is the opportunities to learn about people whose experience is not like mine. Hence I have read a bit about bi erasure and the various ways bisexual identity is challenged as invalid in the queer community as well as the straight world.

I say, stand your ground. As Oscar Wilde said, "Be yourself--everybody else is taken."
