Nothing that I wrote suggested putting anyone on pedestals. And I agree that people are mistaken when they let the pursuit of pleasure get in the way of personal growth, or the pursuit of sex get in the way of friendship and emotional intimacy.

Feminism is about equality. We're all people here. Let's enjoy each other's company and support each other's efforts to be happy and fulfilled.
