Not the same, IMO. Business management tends to be anti-union (though it doesn't have to be), but where anti-union sentiment is a problem is in government.

I don't think Medium or any blog hosting platform is anti-poetry. They're just ill-informed, and until someone speaks up to explain the problem, they're not likely to instruct the site administrators to adjust the settings.
