Not suggesting you invented anything. Only that you--like the fundamentalists--seem to think your sect or your way of understanding Christianity is the only correct one. "You must lose everything" is one of a thousand metaphors that some people find helpful, just like the "3 Spiritual Laws" you find on so many tracts that Christian litterbugs like to leave in public places.
