It's a lonely world, for sure. And so much about our "social" structures seems designed to make it more so. By shaming us for needing touch and skin-to-skin connection. And by programming us (especially men) to seek it in ways that leave us feeling worse about each other and ourselves.

Thanks to you and Yael both for continuing to call bullshit on what's going down.

Glad you made it safely through your cardiac adventure. I just published my story on a very similar experience, so I'll go read your story now.
