In spite of all the complications--past friendship, situation, alcohol, flirtation, or whatever--it was rape. IMO that truth needs to be spoken aloud to him in the presence of mutual friends, so that the word gets out that he should not be trusted.

Again, just my opinion. I'm sorry that it happened. Don't know why so many men think it's okay.
