I'm actually pretty good on all these issues, so there must be some other reason. I know it couldn't be my looks, so I guess it must be my age (68). Though why that should bother anybody, I don't know. It doesn't bother me, most days.
Seriously, great article. Dovetails with a lot of what I've written about dating. It really isn't rocket science. Most of us aren't looking for perfection, just a reasonably well-rounded and emotionally mature individual with decent manners and social skills. The kind of things you've covered here, in other words.
I think a lot of the problem for many men derives from the social conditioning that gets in the way of their ability to see female people as, well, people.
