I suspect the only truly accurate label for most of us would be "It's complicated." At this point in my life, after 68 years as a cis male, it's hard for me to imagine being other, but the thought of it no longer repels me as it once did.

Your comparison of gender categories to Myers-Briggs types is apt, I think, especially considering how those types typically change as people age. Jung believed most people undergo a profound reorientation in middle age, sometimes becoming polar opposites of what they were before. The "shadow" emerges from the unconscious, the introvert starts looking outward, thinkers start to pay attention to their feelings, etc.

We all are multitudes.
