I often think I'd pay good money for a bit of boring. We're hobbits, all of us. We may dream of great adventures, but we enjoy them best as memories and hate them while they're happening.

But Shiva will not be put off for long. We must raze the old to raise the new. And even hobbits, when they have no choice, may muster more pluck than they know they have.
