I love the irony of this story. Someone smart, who knows that most state lotteries are taxes on the gullible, recognizes when the odds have changed and cashes in.

As far as I'm concerned, I win a little bit on every ticket I DON'T buy.

Anyone who believes that "education lotteries" actually lead to more money for schools should get in touch with me. I'm raffling off the GW Bridge next month, just $5 a ticket!
