I appreciate the candor here as well as insight. If more ministers not only kept their congregations enlightened regarding these dangers, but also made that knowledge public in forums like this one, the problem would eventually diminish.

It would still be an uphill battle, though. Power is not easily relinquished by those who have gotten used to it.
