I admire your resilience--being able to recognize the problem as his and not yours, and being able to emerge with an intact self from what could have been a shattering experience. I'm sure your attitude of always learning is a major part of your strength.

I can't imagine anything positive coming out of a conversation with him, because that kind of person (the sociopathic kind) doesn't converse to exchange ideas, as one would with an equal, but only to manipulate. I'm sure he never would acknowledge that he'd raped you. Really, once he knew he'd lost his power to charm your pants off, I doubt he saw any point to wasting breath on saying anything to you.
