Greatest single poem in the English language.

I first encountered it as an undergrad at LSU and needed help with a lot of Tennyson's vocabulary, but the heroic language and his turns of phrase utterly captivated me. I still default to IP in my poetry if I don't make a conscious effort to do something else.
