Epididymal hypertension has not been studied much, perhaps because the medical community is not unanimous about whether it is actually a diagnosable condition, or whether it's simply a normal part of sexual experience for some men. None of the sites I checked described it like you do, and all agree it's nothing to be concerned about. You can masturbate and ejaculate, or you can take a cold shower, or you can distract yourself, or you can exercise to get the blood rerouted to the muscles. Or you can just wait for it to go away. It will not damage you.

When I say it's not a thing, I don't mean sexual frustration can't be painful. I just mean it isn't kosher to invoke BB to get a woman's sympathy so she'll give in and give you what you want. That's manipulation, and it's bullshit, and most modern women know it.
