JVM is right, I'm sure it would be awesome to be Batman. The problem is, Batman has issues, too. He doesn't have a lot of friends. He's too busy being Batman to play well with others.

The solution is not to be someone you aren't, but to acquire the social skills to get along. Most of which aren't that complicated or demanding. You can go a long ways just with basic hygiene, manners, self-control, and good will.

It's human nature to want to be liked. It's also human nature to like people who are interested in you. So that's the strategy I offer people who wish they had more friends, to practice getting interested in other people and their lives.
