Anger is the brain's response to violated expectations. The fact that it took 10 months for you to blow up suggests to me, first, that your expectations are pretty flexible, and second, that you are strongly committed to treating others kindly and with gentleness. The fact that you did blow eventually shows that you have limits. Good for you.
